"We have lived here for over four years and have seen improvements throughout our time here. There is always room for growth but we are thankful for the new maintenance team, especially Rick. He is quick to fix any issues that arise in our unit and is a great advocate for the property. Our air conditioner went out yesterday and Rick was a huge help to get us set up with a portable air conditioner until they are able to replace the old one. "
